As discussed elsewhere (forgot where), I've fixed the upload issue by
uploading 0.6.0-3 with some minor changes.

No, AFAIK as soon as the bug report is touched, the counter is reset.
Which will happen if an upload fixes the bug.

(Which the 0.6.0-3 upload doesn't, so someone needs to forward the
actual 0.6.0-2 changelog entry to 902526-done at bugs.debian.org with a
"Version: 0.6.0-2" pseudo header in the first line of the body to get
that done in this case.
