3. Observe completion hints which, among other things, suggest the use
of the + and - signs, but these are mislabeled.
The “+” sign is incorrectly labeled “before” while “-” is incorrectly
labeled “since”. In reality, minus means timestamps later than the one
specified, and plus means earlier.
