[Pkg-zsh-devel] Bug#976219: zsh uninstallable due to partial oldstable security update

zsh package has appeared in security.debian.org and now it is installable again.

Yesterday when I made this ticket amd64.deb was not there.

arch:all was built on 2020-12-01 04:09:37
arch:amd64 was built on 2020-12-01 04:10:40

I wonder was this upload made just at the same time as FTP update was running 
and then only zsh-common was available at that moment.
