[Pkg-zsh-devel] zsh-syntax-highlighting 0.7.0: documenting a known regression

Good morning all,

z-sy-h 0.7.0 was (finally) released.

The release includes one known regression: when an alias such as «alias
foo=$'bar;\nbaz'» is used in command position, it is highlighted in red
whereas previously it was highlighted in green.  Upstream was aware of
this regression before the release and explicitly decided not to
consider it a blocker (because it affected very few people and there
were numerous easy workarounds).

It's explicitly mentioned in the upstream changelog.

Is it worthy of a mention in NEWS.Debian or changelog.Debian?
