[Pkg-zsh-devel] The zsh/db/gdbm module isn't packaged

I don't know the reason, but I noticed that it seems built if I build
the zsh package directly on my workstation. So it seems mostly to be a
not declared build-dependency which avoids it from being built and
included.

Regarding the reason, I can just guess: Either forgotten or trying to
avoid additional dependencies.
