[Pkg-zsh-devel] z-sy-h: informal RFH/RFA

I don't have enough time for z-sy-h package maintainership duties at the moment, so I wonder whether anyone here would like to help or just take over from me.

There isn't any work needed right now, other than making sure 0.8.0-2 does in fact migrate to testing; this is just about making sure someone will respond to new bug reports, upstream releases, and so on in a timely manner.
