Dear maintainers, 

zsh does not complete the path for deb packages that are *not* in the 
CWD. sudo apt install ./<TAB> to complete for foo.deb works (when 
foo.deb is in the CWD); sudo apt install ../<TAB> does not when bar.deb 
is in the directory above CWD.
