[Pkg-zsh-devel] Bug#1114759: zsh-common: please update /etc/zsh/zshenv and /etc/zsh/zshrc for usrmerged systems

I suppose that Debian systems should now be assumed to be always
usrmerged, thus /etc/zsh/zshenv and /etc/zsh/zshrc should be
updated accordingly:

In /etc/zsh/zshenv, remove "/bin" (redundant with /usr/bin).

In /etc/zsh/zshrc, for the sudo completion, remove /sbin and /bin.
BTW, /usr/X11R6/bin is even more obsolete and should be removed too.
