IMHO this question should not only have it priority downgraded, but I
also believe it makes no sense at all -- I quite fail to see why would
I want to have my data sent to the old address.
Sure, it does make sense to use some _other_ mailto (like, if you want
to check what's being used at your local organization, for example),
however this is not the case for the old one.

Thus, I would regard this thing as a debconf abuse.
(And yeah, you got a typo in the message, hah! :p )
