Yes, I've read http://popcon.debian.org/FAQ but I do not use Exim but
Postfix and it still fails:

I reported the problem to postmaster@debian.org (no reply at all). The
email address root@nic.af is valid (try it).

The email server is laghman.nic.af, 65.162.19.245. Debian "sarge",
Postfix.
