I guess we will leave this to popcon maintainers (I just commit l10n
changes and yell loudly when a templates change is
planned....:-)). I'll mention that adding a template to a package
with 28 translations adds a bit load on maintainers (or commiters)
shoulders..:-)

Unless, of course, popcon is as widely opened to commits as d-i is, of
course.
