This does not work well for Group Maintenance, as for the Perl Group: we
have the "Group" in the Maintainer, and a few people as Uploaders - but
not all.

I'd suggest you offer a way to Groups to register, i.e. I tell you that
the points from packages with Maintainer "Debian Perl Group" should go
(divided) to: Me, Ruoso, HE, Marc...
And then you script, if it detects the "Perl Group" in the Maintainer
field, ignores Uploaders: and follows this information.

Dunno if it is worth the effort, but there are only a handful of groups
or teams our there, but some of them (glibc, gnome) might get a lot of
points, so fair distribution would be nice...
