Hello Debian admins,

I have changed the popcon.debian.org apache config to handle CGI scripts,
but that require a reload of the server config before taking effect and
the automatic reload will only happen in nearly 7 days.

Background:
We consider supporting HTTP POST uploads of popcon reports as an alternative
to email.

The changes was to add
 ScriptAlias /cgi-bin /org/popcon.debian.org/cgi-bin/
to /org/popcon.debian.org/apache.conf

Thanks in advance,
