No-one protested, so I am publishing raw data.

I talked with a friend of mine, and he suggested reducing the accuracy
of the timestamps as well.  I've reduced them to be modulo 24 hours,
and made a data file available from
<URL:http://popcon.debian.org/all-popcon-raw-cleaned.txt.gz>
