/etc/popularity-contest.conf seems don't set MAILFROM as default, and
leave 'from address' to MTA side.
This is valid if machine connects Internet directly, but is maybe
invalid if in firewall or NAT.

I think user can choice From address by debconf. Default mail
address can be gotten from /etc/mailname.

Hello,
Ryan Murray has upgraded gluck.debian.org to sarge and exim4 and 
configured exim4 to not check sender addresses to email send to the
popcon server.

So I consider this issue dealt with.

Note that we also support http submissions now.
