[Popcon-developers] Can Debian contributors access the popcon data under a non-disclosure agreeement?

I do not think that technically obtaining the data would be a problem
because there are at least three Debian-Med involved DDs who might be
able to take over the job.  I'm wondering how the privacy issue can be
solved.
