Hi,

> I created and installed dummy package "safinaskar-test-of-popcon" to test popcon. And this package was ocassionally leaked to popcon!

This is not a bug but a feature! One of popcon goals is to find popular packages
which are not available in Debian archive yet. These packages can be packaged
in Debian derivatives or available in separate repositories or even installed
manually. And we can see such packages, so we can check if these programs
conform DFSG and add them into Debian or ignore.

Best wishes,
Boris
