[Python-apps-team] pyicqt

Hi

I decided to put pyicqt under PAPT team control. I'll upload the
package and comaintain it with Patrick.

What I thought is that as DD I should have access to this team out of
the box (I remember such announcement, but now I'm not sure if it was
not only about the modules team). I can commit to repository, however I
get following error:

Warning: 'post-commit' hook failed with error output:
Error opening cache: Permission denied

Is there something known broken or I should have applied for membership
first?
