[Python-apps-team] Bug#481839: mayavi2: raises exception when the user drags items in the MayaVi pane object tree

Hi!

I think I found another bug.
Steps to reproduce:

  $ cd /usr/share/doc/mayavi2/examples/mayavi/data
  $ mayavi2 -w room_vis.wrl -d fire_ug.vtu

The main window shows up, with data sources already loaded.

 * from menus, select Visualize -> Filters -> Extract Vector Norm
 * left-click on the ExtractVectorNorm item in the MayaVi pane
 * from menus, select Visualize -> Modules -> Scalar Cut Plane

The MayaVi pane looks like:

 v TVTK Scene 1
     VRML file (room_vis.wrl)
   v VTK XML file (fire_ug.vtu)
     v ExtractVectorNorm
       v Modules
           ScalarCutPlane

 * drag the Modules item from its current position to VTK XML file
(fire_ug.vtu), in order to visualize the scalar named t, rather than
uvw magnitude

An exception is raised and I get a debugger window (see attached
screenshot inspector2.png).

I've reproduced this issue on both amd64 and i386.
