[Python-apps-team] Bug#499123: Please update pyflakes checkout (help provided)

Current PyFlakes SVN trunk contains many fixes, quality improvement, and
is compatible with the new Python 2.5 statements (if/else, with...).

But it was also a bit broken. I fixed it, reported the bug, and updated
the Debian package with all the patches refreshed. (Hence the version
reported by reportbug not existing in Debian.)

For transmitting all these changes at once, I copied my version of the
source package online: <http://packages.lleu.org/pyflakes/>.

The patches were refreshed and tested against the SVN revision 16699.
