[Python-apps-team] python-apps takeover of python-webpy?

Hi,

I talked to Kai Hendry, the current maintainer of web.py, who
would like to give up the package. I already prepared a new
version (current upstream, both open Debian bugs solved), which
I would like to upload under the flag of this team. Any
comments? Vetos?
