[Python-apps-team] Bug#542487: mercurial: hg help diff - add see also: hg help revisions

The "hg help diff" doe snot explain how the revision numbers can be
given to the -r options. Please enhance the documentation and add a
"SEE ALSO" section which points people to consult "hg help revisions".
