[Python-apps-team] Bug#547450: dependencies too strict

AFAIK, Trac works fine without libjs-query. Some plugins might
require it, however. Subversion is strictly necessary (I run at
least one Trac installation without using it), but maybe
python-subversion is used directly, which would pull in subversion.
