There is a bug in the postinst script that makes jquery unavailable for trac on squeeze. 
Default python version is 2.6. Trac is installed for all supported versions, including 2.5.
Postinst sets symlinks via /usr/lib/python*/site-packages/trac/htdocs/js but this won´t find the python2.6 directory, because site-packages in 2.5 is dist-packages in 2.6.

Using /usr/lib/python*/*-packages/trac/htdocs/js should work though.

My workaround for now is to just copy the symlink.
