Hello:

  Thanks for keeping up mercurial packaging. I've noticed a newer version, 1.4.3
is available [0] The main change is the license upgrade to GPLv2+, but there are
also some other minor fixes and speed improvements.

  It would be great to have it packaged for Debian.
