[Python-apps-team] jquery.js is missing

i've checked and i do have libjs-jquery already installed, but link is 
still missing. it worked just fine when i installed trac on this machine 
about 4 months ago, though. problem started after upgrade ~1 month ago 
(can't remember exact date :/ ).
