[Python-apps-team] jquery.js is missing

it looks like it, but it doesn't seem to fix my problem - since 
2009.12.24 i've done dist-upgrade at least few times, but it only works 
since manual fix i've done ~2 days ago.
is it possible there is a difference between dist-upgrading trac and 
installing it from scratch?
