trac_0.7.11-3 is not installable in Ubuntu as it is references
site-packages, which is no longer available in python 2.6

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

  * Do not point directly to site-packages to avoid incompatibility
    with python 2.6. (Fixes: LP: #580412) 

We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
