[Python-apps-team] Bug#626578: trac debian package will not make example post-commit hooks executable

/usr/share/doc/trac/contrib/trac-pre-commit-hook and
/usr/share/doc/trac/contrib/trac-svn-hook are example scripts shipped by
the trac package. 

Users who want to use them should copy them, adjust to taste, and make
them executable (it even suggests as much in the headers of each
script).

I don't think that making these scripts executable in the package itself
is a good idea.
