Package: trac-bitten
Version: 0.6-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
trac-bitten-slave requires upstart package, but the latter can not be installed

$ sudo aptitude install upstart
The following NEW packages will be installed:
libnih-dbus1{a} libnih1{a} upstart{b}
0 packages upgraded, 3 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 503 kB of archives. After unpacking 1085 kB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
upstart: Conflicts: sysvinit but 2.88dsf-13.1 is installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:
Keep the following packages at their current version:
1) upstart [Not Installed]
