This is in fact a problem in xhtml2pdf/pisa, which is used by
trac-wikiprint.

$ xhtml2pdf http://www.debian.org/index.ru.html
$ evince www.debian.org-index.ru.pdf

shows the problem clearly. Same for e.g. Chinese etc.
