Hi, sorry for the delayed e-mail reply (we discussed this on IRC at the
time).

I'll probably not actually drop the SILC support, just the Suggests on
python-silc, it isn't a required component.

I'm OK to remove python-silc if anyone wants to remove silc-toolkit.
