That is correct. nmcli was added in 0.8.0.999 (Thu, 08 Jul 2010), so it even
made it into squeeze.

cnetworkmanager was added Sun, 28 Feb 2010

 I suggest to remove cnetworkmanager

Ok, would you file a RM bug against ftp.debian.org in this case?
