[Python-apps-team] Bug#648956: veusz: Package needs rebuild after binary-incompatible python-qt4 upload

Hi!

The new release of python-qt4 (4.8.6) appears to be binary-incompatible
with the C python modules shipped with veusz:

RuntimeError: the PyQt4.QtCore module is version 1 but the qtloops module requires version -1

A rebuild (and probably a tighter dependency on python-qt4) seems to fix
the problem.
