Would it be possible to add this program to the Repository?

pyDMM makes it possible to connect to a range of Digital Multi Meters
via USB / RS-232c, regarding the popularity of electronics DIY,
robotica, and science projects this would probably benefit this
program, debian, and a bunch of DIY communities back and fwd.  I'm not
familiar yet with making packages and thisone looks a bit to
complicated to start with.

Another software in this range is CDMM a C++ variant on the same
concept http://www.mtoussaint.de/qtdmm2.html the predecessor QtDMM
already has a package in the Repository
