[Python-apps-team] Bug#670061: src:xpra: Needs versioned build-depends on cython (requires 0.14.0 or later)

Hi!

When trying to build a backport of xpra 0.1.0.1+dfsg-1 in a squeeze
environment, the build failed with the following error:

dh clean --with python2
   dh_testdir
   dh_auto_clean
ERROR: Your version of Cython is too old to build this package
You have version 0.12.1
Please upgrade to Cython 0.14.0 or better
dh_auto_clean: python2.5 setup.py clean -a returned exit code 1
make: *** [clean] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules clean gave error exit status 2

It would be appropriate to declare a versioned build-dependency on cython so
that backporters will pick up the cython version from squeeze-backports rather
than the older version in squeeze.
