That simply points to a native package tarball. Did you forget to rename
upstream tarball to subdownloader_2.0.16.orig.tar.gz ?
Right now it's a "native" package, with "non-native" version string,
watch file etc which is contradicting.

This mixed Closes/LP line will not close any bugs what so ever.
You need to (i) list launchpad and debian BTS bugs separately (ii) use
correct syntax & English spelling as well (versionE):
* New upstream version (Closes: #12345) (LP: #9998887, #7776665)
yes, you need hashes, for LP bugs at least....
When uploading to Debian, you should use Debian changlog only. (Same for
ubuntu as well).
Your changelog includes a lot of entries / uploads to unofficial
archives. The last/current subdownloader is:
subdownloader (2.0.14-1) unstable; urgency=low
In debian & ubuntu. Please don't confuse people with unofficial changelogs.
