[Python-apps-team] Pykaraoke 0.7.5-1 ubuntu 12.04 BUG

I installed pykaraoke in precise 12.04. I found no *File* or *Help* menus
when run from the GUI. This makes updating the database impossible. When I
ran the program from the command line the menus are there. I installed the
Gnome desktop. I logged into classic Gnome so that I could edit the menus.
I edited the properties of Pykaraoke. I changed the command Pykaraoke to >
gksu /usr/games/pykaraoke < This runs the command line program with root
privileges from the GUI. I'm not a programmer, so I don't know why the
menus are not there in the GUI version. It doesn't matter what desktop is
used. The result is the same. No menus. I used 5 different desktops. Until
I figured out I had to run it from the command line to have the menus so I
could alter the song database. It would be nice to have the GUI problem
fixed. I also wasn't sure where to submit this bug. I searched the Internet
and I found that you are the maintainers (I think). Thank you for your time.
