Hi there.
This bug seems to be a problem with a patch only applied in Debian
set_exit_status.diff

I've attached a patch to remove this patch and update the manpage, since
I could not reproduce the bug it was originally fixing (467135) any more.

Please consider applying this patch or at least correcting
set_exit_status.diff to:
return warnings > 0
