[Python-apps-team] Bug#606165: Support python3

Upstream has good support for it, more than the minimal support that
was present when this bug was filed.

The updated dependencies (python3-logilab-common and
python3-logilab-astng) are already in Debian.

I used this command to install it, but it would be nice if it were
packaged properly.
$ easy_install3 --user pylint

Personally, I would rate this higher than wishlist, since this package
is essential for python development, and it's not so much a feature
request as a failure to ship everything upstream ships.

I imagine this bug has been ignored because it was marked as wishlist
and there has been no activity.
