[Python-apps-team] Bug#718621: mercurial: conffiles not removed

The recent upgrade did not deal with obsolete conffiles properly.
Please use the dpkg-maintscript-helper support provided by dh_installdeb
to remove these obsolete conffiles on upgrade.
