Due to the binNMU, the arch:all and the arch:any have been built with 
different python helper versions, and also with different supported python 
versions - while veusz still has support files for python 2.6, veusz-helpers 
has dropped them ...

I think the only thing needed to solve this bug is to rebuild veusz in a clean 
and up-to-date sid environment to get rid of the old cruft. (This has to be a 
sourceful upload because a binNMU does not update the arch:all packages.)
