Control: tags -1 + moreinfo unreproducible

Cannot reproduce on a fresly-upgraded jessie+sid system pinned at jessie with:

   # apt-get install -t sid --no-install-recommends mypaint

which installs at least mypaint and mypaint-data. I don't know how
you're installing or building mypaint here, so I can't help you
further without more information.
