Thanks Christian and Justin for your work on cloud-init.

The Debian package is lagging behind the Ubuntu package, which is where the
work started.  Do you think you can also review the versions in the current
Ubuntu package ?  I have not merged them yet because I will not have time
to test the corresponding postinst script in the short term.
