[Python-apps-team] Bug#702382: Debian can't, handle default nobootwait, missing default template values

Package: cloud-init Version: 0.7.1-3
File: /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/cloudinit/config/cc_mounts.py
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Given the default of nobootwait in fstab, caused by the upstream
cc_mounts.py, this should be overridden in the default Debian template
in /etc/cloud.cfg with a setting like: mount_default_fields: [ None,
None, "auto", "defaults,nofail", "0", "2" ]

If you think that this bug is inapropriate or incorrect, I'd love to be
pointed to a manpage where I can read up on this.

(Mind the MUA that thinks that lines shouldn't be longer as 80
characters wide)
