This looks like a dh-python issue to me. Looking through the build logs
of picard 1.2-1 on mips and kfreebsd-i386, this bug was introduced in
1.20130901-1. 1.2-1 on these two architectures had a dependency on
python2 (both built with dh-python 1.20130901-1), but 1.2-1 on the other
architectures (built with dh-python 1.20130819-1) don't have a depdency
on python2.
Reassigning to dh-python.
