What is crashed in this case is the xpra client right? Since you stated
that the app is still running.
Can you re-attach to it afterwards?
You could attach gdb to the xpra client to get a backtrace from it.
With the limited information available, my best guess is that opengl
client rendering is causing the crash. Try turning that off, either from
the systray or in your xpra.conf
