bug 676176 is assigned to the trac package, but the version number
you're citing seems to be a python-subversion version number.  should
the bug be reassigned?  What would you like to be done to the trac
package to solve the problem?  Have you tried to replicate the problem
with trac 1.0.1-2 from unstable?
