[Python-apps-team] Bug#754451: ython-pelican : I can not make html in new version

Dear Maintainer,

New upstram version makes "CRITICAL: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe3
in position 10: ordinal not in range(128)"

I got python-pelican_3.3-2_all.deb from snapshot.debian.org. It is ok.

It seems to me that new version pelican is degraded.

I can give you result of 'python -mtrace

-o /home/yabuki/test-site/output
-s /home/yabuki/test-site/pelicanconf.py'. Original size is about 50M. xz
-9 executed size is 311k. If you want to detail log, please let me know.
