[Python-apps-team] Bug#756281: Translation doesn't function

In the application's menu, the translation to other languages is not
functioning fully, besides spanish translation is not completed in the .po.
I notify to proyect developers, but the page seems to be a litle abandoned.

I make a patch to correct the bug with translations, and another to add spanish
translation to the .po and the .desktop.
